Is it safe to book directly?
Yes. Your booking is processed securely through Hospitable, a professional holiday rental platform. Payment is encrypted and confirmation is instant.
Why is it cheaper to book direct?
Platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com add a service fee on top of the rental price. Booking direct removes that — and we pass the saving to you.
Are dogs welcome?
Yes, Heart Stone Cottage is fully dog friendly. Just mention your dog when booking and we'll have everything ready. We can also share local dog-friendly walks and beaches.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Need a little flexibility? Drop us a message and we'll help where we can.
Is there parking?
Staithes has limited parking close to the cottage. Full details are in your booking confirmation — most guests find it very straightforward.
